  3. Gently place the corn on the hot grill grates, turning every few minutes, until it’s nicely charred and tender, about 10-12 minutes for corn on the cob or 8-10 minutes for frozen corn. Listen to that satisfying sizzle!
  4. While the corn is grilling, wash and slice those gorgeous peaches. I like to cut them into bite-sized wedges. It just makes the salad more enjoyable to eat, dontcha think? Don't overthink this step, it's peaches! Just cut 'em up!
  5. Once the corn is perfectly grilled, let it cool slightly before cutting the kernels off the cob. Or, if you used frozen corn, just give it a quick stir.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the grilled corn, sliced peaches, red onion (thinly sliced, of course), and fresh basil leaves. Toss gently to combine – you don't want to mush those peaches or break the corn kernels.
